Guests included the Deputy Mayors of Carrickfergus and Ballymena Borough Councils.

Sister Margaret Rose, one of the founding members of the Tuesday Group, gave an outline of how the Tuesday Groupwas formed following the ceasefire in 1994.

She showed how the opening of the gates at Drumalis to all had helped many overcome religious divisions in the community and encouraged all to always ‘wedge’ the door open, irrespective of how difficult situations were as this openness encouraged dialogue.

Dr Hull then introduced the two keynote speakers, Baroness May Blood and Pastor Gordon Graham.
