Tullyally in mourning

The tragic death last weekend of Gordon McKeegan, affectionately known as 'Couchie' by all who knew him has sent a wave of sadness through the entire area.

The passing of Gordon at just 35-years-old has taken away a much loved, son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle and friend and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A great person, Gordon's passion was football, he was a Liverpool fanatic and he will be a huge loss not only to the community but to the Tullyally Colts football team of which he was manager.

Using his unique management skills the Colts moved up to the First Division two years ago and have maintained top flight status since as well as having played in the league final in the last two years.
