Tune into Scarva each Sunday

Scarva continues to be the place to be as the band concert season continues every Sunday from 3pm to 4pm, this September.

On September 7, the tuneful Jinglers Bridge Musical Group will be playing at the Victorian bandstand at Scarva Green.

The concert season is organised by the South West Down Bands Association and supported by Banbridge District Council.

Bands performing over the next few weeks will be Kilkeel Silver Band on September 14, Commons Silver Band on September 21 and Castlewellan Accordion Orchestra and on September 28.

The band concert season, set in the historical village, commenced in April and will run every Sunday until the end of September featuring the finest local concert bands.

The concert season is organised by the South West Down Bands Association and supported by Banbridge District Council.
