The council decided that funding to all applicants would be reduced on a pro rata basis to reflect available budget ie each grant requested would be allocated 61pc of that applied for.

Should any of the applications not proceed then the amount underspent at December 2014, would be reallocated equally amongst those that completed their projects.

This additional funding would be awarded on the basis of 75pc grant on eligible expenditure identified in their applications. A maximum grant awarded to any one organisation would be £50,000. Organisations would need to incur additional expenditure at risk to be eligible for possible extra funding.
