Two arrested after CCTV team spot them acting suspiciously

Citywatch posted on their Facebook that on Saturday two males were observed acting suspiciously around Lisburn City Centre.

They said: “Police were informed and as officers arrived one of the males was observed discarding a small item, police were informed of this.

“Both males who are not from the Lisburn area were searched and suspected class B drugs and other items were recovered.

“As a result one male was arrested for possession of a class B drug and possession of an offensive weapon.

“The second male was arrested for Breach of Court Bail and Possession of an offensive weapon and both were conveyed to custody.”
