While there they found a substantial area of the property and surrounding area being used as an unauthorised treatment and storage facility for more than 700 end of life vehicles (with second hand vehicle parts stored at various locations).

The site did not have a waste management licence or a licence to operate as an authorised treatment facility for end of life vehicles.

Mr Morrow had been previously convicted in 2008 and 2010 for similar waste offences at the same location.
