Tyrone GAA star changing sides for a good cause
Joking about the colour of "Armagh themed jersey" - which he said was making his hands "red hot" - the talented Tyrone player has joined his manager Mickey Harte in urging people to get on board with the worthy cause.
Cycle Against Suicide operates up and down the island of Ireland and carries just one message - it's ok not to feel ok.

"Such a great event on the 25th of February. Looking forward to it myself and the message is vitally important - it is ok to not feel ok and it certainly is ok to ask for help .
"Please support it - my hands are getting red hot holding this Armagh themed jersey."
Others stars on-board with this Saturday's event include motorcycling legend Ryan Farquhar, another Tyrone man who is supporting the Armagh spin-off.

But instead of sticking to the orchard county, it will also go through Moy, Eglish and stop for lunch at Tyrone's very own St Jospeh's Grammar School in Donaghmore.
The flat route is said to be suitable for all levels of fitness and will be led by a car going at just 12mph. Under 16s are to accompanied by an adult.
"Join us! Together, shoulder to shoulder, we can break the cycle of suicide on the island of Ireland."
