Tyrone man to contest tractor crash charges
A Ballynakelly man accused of six driving offences will contest the charges on May 25 at East Tyrone Magistrate's Court.
Jason McAdoo, 22, from Ashbrooke, stands accused of aggravated taking and causing damage to a Case 140 tractor on April 12 2014.
He is also charged with having no insurance and driving without due care and attention on the same date.
Mr McAdoo is further charged with failure to stop, remain and report where an accident occurred causing damage.
The charges relate to an alleged incident at Farlough and Quintinmanus Roads.
