Tyrone teacher ties the knot to the clash of the ash

As wedding bells rang out for a popular Tyrone school teacher and camog today, Saturday, the Clash of the Ash provided the backdrop to a fitting tribute as the happy couple left St Brigid's Church in Brocagh.

Fionnuala Hagan, from Derrytresk, was simply stunning as she married Christopher McDonald from Coalisland in a ceremony celebrated by Fr John McCallion.

And there were some extra surprises waiting for the new Mr and Mrs outside the church, as players from Cailini an Chnoic camogie club - where Fionnuala is a former coach and player - provided a colourful guard of honour in the blue and white of Derrytresk.

The couple also released two white doves before making their way to a reception in the Nuremore Hotel.

Best wishes to the new Mr and Mrs McDonald from all at Tyrone Times and Mid Ulster Mail!
