5 expressions of interest in hub
Ilex had received five expressions of interest from organisations interested in a proposed creative industries hub in Ebrington at the turn of the year.
First Minister Peter Robinson and Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness (OFMDFM) stated: “As of 31 December 2013, Ilex had received five formal expressions of interest in relation to the creative industries hub planned for Buildings 80 and 81 at the Ebrington site.”
