Outer West covers Ballymagroarty, Hazelbank, Rosemount and the Glen.

Earlier this year an estate agency advertising the retail space stated: “Former Hot Food Unit of c.986 sq ft situated within a landmark listed building prominently located just to the west of the city centre. These spacious premises are suitable for a variety of hot food or retail uses and incentives are available for prospective tenants.” The former shirt factory was designed by MA Robinson and built in 1904 by H. Laverty & Son from Belfast.
