The Keeping Well van is a mobile drop-in unit which delivers health checks and cancer awareness sessions directly to workplaces, and sports and community groups across Northern Ireland

Speaking about the initiative, Julie Taggart, Employee Relations Manager Lidl Northern Ireland, said: “As cancer awareness is so vital nowadays we’ve chosen to kick start 2015 on a healthy note for our staff and customers. The Keeping Well mobile units will visit 17 stores across Northern Ireland throughout January, and we’re encouraging customers and staff to get down to stores and avail of the free health checks.
