The Fountain Dance Association, which was established to encourage young people from every side of the Londonderry community into dance, wants to build the studio of the ground floor or Toy Town on Spencer Road.

Planners have received an application from the group to build a “dance/fitness studio” with “associated kitchen and toilet facilities.”
