DFP seeks windingup of Terbar Ltd.
The Department of Finance and Personnel’s, Land and Property Service, has applied to the High Court for the winding-up of Londonderry-based company Terbar Ltd.
The creditor’s petition concerning the Governor Road-based company was presented on December 4 and is due to be heard at the High Court on January 16.
