Dole office windows replacement to help boost construction
THE windows of a Londonderry Jobs and Benefits office and the development of new Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) offices in the North West are amongst the capital programmes planned by the Department of Finance and Personnel by 2015.
Finance Minister Sammy Wilson revealed the local capital works projects, which are part of a province-wide programme that could assist the construction industry, and are currently being pursued.
DFP’s Properties Division are responsible for the capital projects being brought forward in 2013/14 and 2014/15.
Mr Wilson said: “DARD for new office accommodation will be dependant on finding suitable locations/buildings.”
