Dominic Kirwan coming home to Tyrone

Dominic has built up a very loyal following in Ireland and the UK as a consequence of his dynamic stage shows. His concert show creates a wonderful atmosphere amongst his audience and everybody leaves wanting to return to his next concert show.

Dominic began his career at the tender age of four, competing in Irish Dancing and singing competitions across Ireland and further afield.

After forming his first band, The Melody Boys, in 1979 Dominic learnt his craft in local bars, weddings and dancehalls. He left to go solo in 1984, entering talent competitions all over Ireland before signing to Ritz Records in the late 80s.

2014 marks 25 years in the business for Dominic Kirwan. His hectic touring schedule has taken him all over the globe and seen him working with music stars such as Charlie Pride, Tammy Wynette, Kenny Rodgers, Don Williams and many more. Amongst both his peers and his fans, his live shows are seen as some of the most vibrant and exciting in today’s music scene.
