DSD fielded 388 Atos complaints
Just 388 complaints about Atos Healthcare have been received by the Department of Social Development (DSD), according to the Benefits Minister Nelson McCausland.
He said that since Atos started medical assessments for DSD in June 2011, it’s carried out 109,761 in total.
“This represents a complaint rate of 0.35 per cent, when compared against the number of medical assessments performed.”
