Former undertaker faces unfit todrive charge
A former undertaker has appeared at Londonderry Magistrates Court, charged with drink driving offences.
In court was Thomas Wilson, 49, of 15 Cloverhill Avenue, who is charged with one count of driving while unfit and one of driving with excess alcohol on his breath on March 16 this year at Queen’s Quay.
Asked if he understood the charges, Wilson confirmed he did and a police constable told the court he could connect the accused to the offences.
The case was adjourned to April 24 for disposal on that date.
