Foyleside calling in Duddy debts
THE company behind Foyleside Shopping Centre is taking clothes retailer Fosters Retail Limited to court to try to get paid.
The Sentinel has learned Foyleside Limited, is bringing a creditors’ petition on June 12, 2013, due to “monies due and owing.”
The action has been filed in relation to Fosters Retail Limited and Brendan Duddy.
