Jail business case‘Until approved I can’t set date’
Prison Service officials are in the process of developing an Outline Business Case (OBC) for the new Magilligan jail.
Justice Minister David Ford told Gregory Campbell: “The future programme is dependent on the OBC being approved and capital funding being made available.
“Until the OBC is approved and capital funding made available, I am unable to provide any further details of the timetable.”
