According to the Belfast Gazette the petition was presented on October 15 by JP Corry (NI) Limited.

The Belfast company claims to be a creditor of BM Groundworks, which has worked on such significant developments as the Coopers Mill housing development in Dundonald.

The High Court says any person who wants to appear at the hearing must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner or its solicitor McAlinden & Rafferty, 127 Falls Road, Belfast, by 4pm on Wednesday.

The firm carried out all aspects of the groundwork from main drainage to paving around individual properties at Coopers Mill. It has worked on a number of housing developments around NI.
