Protestants under represented at Londonderry regeneration company

The Office of First Minister and Deputy First Minister (OFMDFM) admits Protestants are under represented in the Ilex workforce.

Advertising the position of Ilex Chief Executive, OFMDFM stated: “The company is currently under represented by members of the Protestant community.

“Applications from this community are particularly welcome.”

In late 2009 the Sentinel reported how of eight appointments to the board since 2006, two of which were re-appointments, four board members were Roman Catholic, two were Protestant and two were unknown.
