£1.2k fee for ‘unfairdismissal’ hearings
NW workers who are unfairly dismissed now must pay £1.2k to have their cases heard by a tribunal.
The Unite union said over 150k people a year across the UK will be hit: “Those who wish to contest their unfair dismissal or discrimination cases at an employment tribunal will have to stump up to £1,200 upfront to have their cases heard.”
