£1m ‘Legacy’ boost for boxers
Sports Minister Carál Ní Chuilín is backing Londonderry boxing to the tune of £1m as part of the City of Culture ‘Legacy.’
She said this was on top of a £2.5m capital investment elsewhere.
“In addition, DCAL will be providing capital investment of £1M for boxing organisations in Derry, under the City of Culture 2013 Legacy,” she said.
