Restaurant planfor Shipquay Street
The Inner City Building Preservation Trust wants to refurbish a prime city centre building for use as a restaurant.
The body has applied for permission to develop the three story restaurant at 23-25 Shipquay Street.
South African Portuguese-style chicken specialist Nando’s Chickenland Ltd. is opening a new store next door to the proposed restaurant.
Proposals for a new 17-bedroom boutique hotel and bar at 15-17 Shipquay Street were meanwhile lodged with planners a year ago.
