US students impressed by Londonderry policing in severe threat environment

A GROUP of US students have been impressed by Londonderry police officers’ delivery of an excellent policing service in spite of the severe threat environment.

The students visited the Foyle Area Command as part of a Society for Conflict and Peace Programme.

Programme leader Dr Ray Casserly said: “It’s been a wonderful experience seeing how the PSNI is working with the community in Northern Ireland.”
