Charco have installed a state-of-the-art wine vacuum unit. They will have up to ten wines available by the glass, so, for example, you can enjoy a white wine with your starter and a red with your main course - meaning that diners don't have to a buy a bottle.

It's luxuriously modern with white marble tables, black chandeliers and even swinging seats!

"The restaurant has a real modern, funky feel about it," says Jamie. "We want our customers to enjoy their whole experience, not just their food.

"Every dish will offer diners something different, it will look and taste great.

"Our eight chefs are already working hard on each of the dishes. We want to make sure that they are uniform, and from the minute we open we want people to be talking about the food they were served at Charco."
