Damien Arthur McCaughley (26), Limefield Rise, Craigavon, was also fined £100 for disorderly behaviour on January 26 this year. The court heard he was seen to throw silver foil wrapping from a car and used foul language to police.

Defence said McCaughley’s mother had collected him and when he got out of the car he used offensive language. He was intoxicated at the time.
