Used mobile phone while driving
A 28-year-old woman was fined £100 last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for using a mobile phone while driving.
Victoria Patterson, Damhill Road, Lurgan, was also given three points and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
Patterson pleaded guilty by post and said she had since purchased a hands free kit. The court heard she was seen using the phone while driving in Union Street, Lurgan, on March 27.
