UU: We fully engaged over cuts
Ulster University says it fully engaged with staff and unions regarding cuts across the institution, including Magee.
The spokesperson said: “In line with established protocols between the University and the joint Unions at Ulster University, we advised unions of the proposals on August 31 in advance of meeting with staff in the affected areas.
“The University is fully committed to meeting its obligations in terms of the consultation process and statutory requirements. The University will be meeting with the joint unions soon, again in line with its normal protocols as part of the process.”
