Vandalism condemned
Chair of Antrim Policing and Community Safety Partnership, Councillor Noel Maguire, has praised the quick response from Crumlin residents after vandals covered fences and a number of buildings in graffiti last week.
Mr Maguire said: “The overriding feeling is one of disgust, that people feel it appropriate to deface their own area in such a way. I am very impressed with the way the community reacted so quickly in painting out much of the offensive material themselves. Antrim PCSP organised for the remainder to be removed.”
