TWO of the most recognisable faces in politics - Basil McCrea and Mary Lou McDonald took the stage at the Bridewell in Magherafelt on Wednesday night.
The special guests at the Remembering the 1913 Dublin Lockout Discussion and Debate held in the Bridewell, Magherafelt were -   Maureen Hughes, chairperson of the Co. Derry Centenaries group,, who organised the event, Basil McCrea MLA, Catherine Elattar, chairperson of Magherafelt Council, Jack O'Connor president STIPU, Mary Lou McDonald SF Vice president and Susan McKay, journalist and writer, who acted as chairperson for the evening. The special commemorative event marked the centenary of the 1913 Dublin Lockout organised by County Derry Centenaries Group and supported by the Good Relations section of Magherafelt District Council.
