Video: Farmers clear out milk from Tyrone supermarket in protest over dairy prices

Inspired by the actions of fellow dairy farmers South Gloucester who set up the Milk Trolley Challenge earlier this week.

A video which was taken at the supermarket was posted on Facebook.

Several farmers worked hard at clearing the milk aisle in the supermarket into trolleys.

Earlier a number of farmers and their vehicles had been engaged in a protest outside the store and had done their best to block milk delivery to the store.

This came on the back of Thursday night’s protest at both the Asda store in Strabane and a Tesco store in Coleraine and the protest at Stormont.
