Vintage Clothing now onsale at Can Can Bazaar

If you like something a little different or love the fashion of eras gone by you will love the selection wonderful patterns, style and fabrics at Can Can Bazaar.

Kim Anderson, Manager at Can Can Bazaar explains: “The quality of the vintage fabrics is great. There are some really beautiful pieces mixed with some more quirky designs to add some real style and elegance to your wardrobe.

“Vintage fashion has become more and more popular over the last few years as more people are looking for classic items that never went out of style or something that’s a little unique and individual. It can be so versatile as you can dress it up with more modern accessories or go for a more classical style at a fraction of the cost of high street stores.

“Another great reason to buy vintage, or buy from charity shops, is that it has a positive impact on the environment as we are recycling clothes instead it being sent to landfill. So you can be looking good and feeling good!”

This trend has also been reflected in furniture style as customers are looking for the “shabby chic” style furniture and up-cycled pieces which we also sell at Can Can Bazaar and which are beautifully created by our sister project Can Can Up-Cycle. Can Can Up-Cycle do a wonderful selection of revamped furniture which can be viewed at our shop on Main Street or at our premises on Seymour Street, Ballymoney (across from the train station).

The Vintage clothing line is only an addition to the variety of previously loved items such as clothes, accessories, bric a brac, books and furniture sold at the charity shop in Ballymoney. All proceeds go back into the projects at CAN (Compass Advocacy Network) which supports local people with learning difficulties in providing work placement and training opportunities.
