Volunteers on hand during monthly '˜Hear to Help' clinic

Action on Hearing Loss and the Northern Health and Social Care Trust are helping everyone in the Carrickfergus area to make sure their hearing aids are in tip-top condition at the monthly '˜Hear to Help' drop in clinic.

Trained volunteers, who wear hearing aids themselves, will be on hand to give free, practical advice on cleaning and maintaining hearing aids.

They can help to solve any problems users may be having with their hearing aid and offer advice on how to manage hearing loss with confidence. The trust will also provide tubing and batteries for anyone who is experiencing difficulties.

The clinic will take place from 10am to 12pm on Wednesday, March 9 in Carrickfergus Town Hall.
