Volunteers sought for new Barnardos shop in Ballymena

The new Barnardo’s outlet at Broughshane Street is one of the charity’s new style Donation Centres which also offers a discount store selling a treasure trove of discounted clothes, household goods and toys.

Shop Manager Emma Rae said: “The Donation Centre offers parking outside which makes dropping off donations easy and it also has a very competitive discount store inside. As a Donation Centre we can distribute donations made here across Barnardo’s network of shops. We want to encourage local people to pick up a great quality bargain with us while also helping Barnardo’s give disadvantaged children a better future. We are always on the lookout for new stock so please think about us when you are clearing out any good quality clothes, toys or household goods.
