Vote for local business to get funds

Lisburn community groups Sentinus Lisburn, LCC Community Trust and Lisburn Enterprise Organisation have all been shortlisted in Ulster Bank's 2016 Skills & Opportunities Fund (Round 1) and now have an opportunity to receive funding from a £2.5m overall fund.

Members of the public can now play their part in helping to decide which groups will be awarded funding. The vote runs until midday on Friday April 22 and the shortlisted organisations are now busy gathering support for their projects.

The results of the public vote will count as one vote alongside those of a panel of judges in each region, deciding which worthy causes receive funding, with the winners announced at the end of May.

To vote go to the Vote for your project section on skillsandopportunitiesfund.ulsterbank.com; select a region and follow the instructions to vote for up to one project in each region.
