BALLYMENA Walking for Health Group are offering a programme of morning, lunchtime and early evening walks over the next few weeks.

Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes before your first walk in order to complete a health questionnaire and 10 minutes in subsequent walks to register.

All the walks are led by trained, voluntary walk leaders who do their utmost to ensure you have a lovely, safe and interesting walk

Come along to the taster sessions for a warm up & practice session in order to

pick up the technique. Nordic walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking – it makes something we can do …twice as effective!

Dungonnell way is a circular way-marked route around the northern part of Glenravel glen, following tracks through Glenariff Forest and public roads. The Dungonnell area lies on the watershed between the source of the Glenariff River and the source of the Glenravel Water.

equipment are suitable. We suggest you have:
