Walking event for Cancer Focus

Cancer Focus Northern Ireland is holding a walk on Saturday, September 7, at Hillsborough Lake, for anyone who has been affected by cancer.

The walk - a two mile or four mile - will begin at 10.30am and the group will meet at Hillsborough Forest car park.

Cancer Focus, formerly known as Ulster Cancer Foundation, organised the event which is free and open to anyone but especially those who has undergone cancer treatment or who have completed their treatment.

Liz Atkinson, Head of Care Services, Cancer Focus, is encouraging as many as possible to take part.
