Walking up to the Easter break

A NEW series of walks have been arranged for those who want to get out and about in the run-up to Easter.

This Saturday (March 13), there’s a seven-mile walk over Binevenagh Mountain. This walk is classed as difficult / very difficult as there are forest roads and paths which are steep, climbing steadily to the cliff top, and a path is also close to cliff edge in places. Return will be via forest tracks and minor roads to starting point.

The time for this walk will be between four-and-a-half and five hours.
