Marek Gryglicki, whose address was given as Bells Row Court, Lurgan, at a previous court, had pleaded guilty to causing unnecessary suffering to a small Shitzu type dog on November 1 last year.

The case was adjourned so that a pre-sentence report could be obtained.

Gryglicki was due to be sentenced at last Wednesday’s sitting of the court.

When he did not appear District Judge, Mrs Bernie Kelly, issued an arrest warrant to have him brought to court.
