The court heard that at 9.10pm on the Armagh Road, Portadown, police saw the defendant using his mobile phone and he appeared to be texting.

When they spoke to the defendant he said he was ‘just texting a friend’.

Alexsandravicius did not appear in court and a conviction was recorded in his absence.
