Watch: Balloons released to remember victims of suicide in Draperstown

Victims of suicide and their relatives were remembered at a special release of balloons in Draperstown on Friday evening.

The balloons are released into the evening sky at the Balloon Release held in Draperstown, and organised by STEPS, in memory of all those who lost their life through suicide. Organised by the STEPS mental health group, the event was an opportunity for the whole community to come out and show support to all those who have lost a loved one to suicide.

It was also a show of support for all those living with ill mental health or caring for someone with ill mental health.
