‘We all enjoy taking part in the Carrickfergus Hospice Walk’
Mauds Ice Creams is again sponsoring the popular fundraiser for the charity.
Money raised will help to support the care of infants, children and adults living with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses.

“We have been involved for several years now and it is an event that we all enjoy taking part in; whether it’s walking the route, cheering on the participants or offering them some refreshments.”
The Carrickfergus event is one of Hospice’s most popular walks.
Joanna Pawson, Events manager at Northern Ireland Hospice, said: “The Hospice Walk is one of our most important fundraising events of the year and we’re encouraging everyone to step up and help make it a huge success. “With walk routes ranging from three to nine miles, there’s a stroll to suit all ages and abilities.

Hide Ad“With annual running costs of £14m, all proceeds raised from this year’s Hospice Walk will enable us to continue to care for local people when they need it most.”
Registration for adults is £5, for children under 14 it is £1 and under 5s go free.
