Weather continues to cause disruption
Motorists in the Triangle area woke up to snow and icy road conditions on Friday morning.
The wintry weather followed hot on the heels of the so called ‘weatherbomb’ which battered the north coast on Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
The low temperatures made many roads treacherous and caused delays as commuters made their way to work.
One driver had a lucky escape, as our picture shows, following an accident at a local school.
