Drivers are urged to be cautious due to a fallen tree near Gilford, Co Down.

It is not known if anyone was hurt but the Lurgan Road at Gilford is blocked and drivers are urged to take an alternative route.

A spokesperson for the PSNI said: “Motorists are advised to exercise caution, following a report of a fallen tree blocking both lanes at the Lurgan Road in Gilford this morning, Thursday 24th November. Motorists should expect delays and seek alternative routes.
