A number of schools across Northern Ireland have been listed as closed on Friday, January 10, 2025.

With freezing temperatures and potentially hazardous conditions on the roads, several schools are closed due to adverse weather or no heating.

The following schools are currently listed by NI Direct as being closed on Friday:

  • Belleek No 2 Primary School | Corry – due to adverse weather;
  • Ballougry Primary School, 30 Mullenan Road – due to adverse weather;
  • Artigarvan Primary School, 31 Berryhill Road - due to adverse weather;
  • St Theresa's Primary School Glebe, 33 Garvan Road – due to no heating;
  • Rossmar School | 2 Ballyquin Road – due to adverse weather;
  • St Patrick's Primary School Rasharkin, 8 Gortahar Road - due to no heating.
