Services expected to return to normal include refuse collection, street cleansing, cemeteries, and recycling centres.

While strong winds and heavy rain are forecast for today, this is not expected to impact on key council services.

Residents whose bins were due for collection today should bring their bins back in to their property and then set them out for collection before 7.30am on Saturday, January 17. Customers with any queries about bin services should telephonoe 02871 374107.

Due to the strong winds forecast for today residents should take precaution when setting bins out for collection.

Regular users of the Bishops Field 3G pitch are reminded that it will remain closed for the rest of the day (Wednesday) due to the adverse weather conditions.
