Welcome for Clean Neighbourhoods consultation
EAST Antrim MLA Ken Robinson has welcomed the launch of consultation on the Draft Clean Neighbourhoods and Environmental Bill by the Minister for the Environment.
Voicing his support for the intent behind the draft Bill, the UUP man said: “I urge the public to take this opportunity to respond to the consultation which ends on April 23. Litter, dog fouling, discarded chewing gum, and fly-tipping are all issues which constituents have raised with me over the years. Now is the opportunity for them to make the Consultation team aware of the extent of these problems through making a submission to: Clean Neighbourhoods Consultation, DOE, Climate and Waste Division, Calvert House, 23 Castle Place, Belfast, BT1 1FY.”
