FEELING tired, stressed and worn out? If so, why not get back on track for the summer with the National Trust at Rowallane Garden, Saintfield. Take time out and enjoy the Wellbeing Workshop on Saturday, June 23 from 10am to 4pm.

Starting with a Tai Chi session to alleviate stress and promote wellbeing this workshop will suit beginners or regular practitioners. Following on, will be an opportunity to meet the Head Gardener on a walk through the Garden looking at herb plants that are beneficial to wellbeing.

The walk will include tips and methods on growing herbs and looking at their medicinal and herbal uses. Native plants including weeds and introduced plants can be used for healing and wellbeing, and be prepared, you will never look at your lawn in the same way again!
